What is a Civil Celebrant?
A civil celebrant delivers a service according to the needs of those at the centre of a ceremony. Weddings, joining ceremonies, funerals, naming ceremonies; no matter what ceremony, it will be focused on you and your family’s wishes.
A civil celebrant writes & conducts non religious & religious ceremonies. You may prefer to have elements of religion within your ceremony or something more traditional, combining different beliefs or perhaps a theme. Whatever you would like can be accommodated within a bespoke service especially for you.
My journey
My journey as Civil Celebrant started in 2008, conducting and speaking at ceremonies in Spain and in England.
I trained as a civil celebrant at Sincere Celebrations by one of the most experienced civil celebrants in the UK. I am now a member of and am regulated by the Guild of Professional Civil Celebrants.
I also trained at the Guild of International Professional Toastmasters, of which I am a fellow. I have written and conducted many different types of ceremonies over many years as a civil celebrant and as a toastmaster.
Many Beliefs, Many Ceremonies
My belief is that everyone has a right to their own belief, whether you are an atheist, agnostic or a believer in a higher power from any faith from anywhere around the world.
My belief is to give you the ceremony you wish for and the ceremony you deserve. Your special day is the mark and celebration of a special chapter in your life. It is important, you are important.
